Sublease Agreement

If you are going to be studying abroad or leaving Boston during your lease, you may consider subletting your apartment. The first step is to read your lease and confirm that your landlord allows sublets. 

Once you have found someone to sublet your apartment, you can use this form as an outline for you and your subtenant to help with organizing payments, fees, and responsibilities.
